Easy to use everyday. I love that I can brew Iced Coffee at home and it tastes smooth and fresh. YUM! Hoping to see more iced CUP options in the near future!

This is my SECOND machine. Iam having trouble within about 30-40 days of normal use. Iam not happy with this. Is anyone else having problems?? I wonder if the K cup machines have this problem...I have trouble recommending this particular machine.

Don't buy a Vue buy the k-cup

After 6 months the machine died. Customer service was wonderful! But I can not get the vue pods anywhere but online and they don't have many choices. The Machine is horrible to clean and it starts to reak after a while using the chocolate or latte pods. You just can't clean it. It is so noisy! and really dosnt make a good strong cup uleass you only use 4oz and who only drinks 4oz of coffee, so I use 3 pod to make my morning 1 cup cofee, very expensive cup! dosen't hold enoght water! wait a pain to keep filling it. I'm not sure if the k-cup machine will be better?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keurig Vue 500 and Happy with it!

Picked up the VUE thinking it was just a regular keurig machine -- didn't know that Keurig made anything BUT k-cup brewers. At first I thought I would be out of luck, however, I did figure out how to use K-Cups in it (I had some k-cups already and didn't want to waste them). So, if you have k-cups laying around but want the neat options that come with a vue machine (multiple size brewing is REALLY great -- love that part), it's time to upgrade. It's really an amazing machine. Using a k-cup in it only requires access to the internet, a travel size vue cup and the ability to poke a hole in the bottom of the k-cup). Also, there are retailers out there who have a great selection of vue cups and offer free shipping (without a minimum purchase -- just look for it). The best thing about the Keurig, because, coffee is just coffee sometimes --- the BEST thing is the customer service at Keurig! Wow. I have never in my life dealt with people who are so nice. Thank you Keurig! All I needed was a replacement piece (not essential to operation of the machine) and they went above and beyond, up to replacing the machine because the part was unavailable at the time. Their idea, not mine. "We don't have that part, so with your permission we would like to send a replacement machine with free coffee for your inconvenience." I couldn't believe it. Not in a million years. That's customer service.

I have had 4 of the Keurig systems in about two years. I liked the first one so I bought the second, I purchased one for work so that I could have my coffee there. I have just switched to the Vue at home and so far I am still impressed. I would have perfered to be able to use the same k-cups but that is okay I just moved the old maker to camper.

Most stores in my area do not carry the cups for the Vue and the ones who do, have no variety.
Pros: Brews Excellant Coffee

Should have bought a k-cup system

We have perked a pot of coffee every morning for years. We found that lately we were dumping a half a pot of coffee a day. We cut back on our coffee consumption and it was either make a half a pot a day or go with the single cup system. We opted for the consistency of the single cup system. We bought the v500 because it was 50% off at walmart. Should have bought the k-cup system. The k-pods are way easier to find, has a bigger selection, and are way cheaper....especially if you buy them in bulk at SAMs. Yes, I would recommend the single cup system to a friend but not the vue system.
