i love my brewer

everything about the keurig vue 500 is great.it is very easy to use. the only thing I don't like about the keurig co is when the warranty is off you ca'nt order parts for it. I have one now that I can not use because the warranty have exspried an all I need is a brew head and the machine is like new but everytime I try to get the part they keep telling me you can only get parts if the machine is under warranty.
Pros: Easy to use, Smooth Taste, Balanced Acidity, Not Bitter, Pleasing Roast, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Aroma, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body

Great Coffee

I enjoy this brewer a lot. I especially like that I can make a pretty decent latte' style coffee and pay much less than at the coffee house. My mornings are very hectic, so filling up a travel mug before I leave the house is a plus. I did all the math and realized that by brewing at home and skipping even the "cheap" gas station coffee, I spend less money using the Vue cups. The prices for Vue cups on Keurig.com are fair compared with other merchants, and the shipping was speedy. Recycling the cups is easy in my city. But I'm planning to save some of them for kids' crafts. ;-) You can't recycle the styrofoam cup from your convenience store, either. All around, I'm satisfied with the system.
Pros: Bold Brewing, Pleasing Aroma, Hotter Coffee
Cons: Availability Of Vue Cups

I loved this machine at first. Pods are NOT easy to find. And are not inexpensive. Purchase pods on line. It has leaked. I like that friends can choose what they want, at the same time with a group it takes a while for everyone to get their coffee. Now , I found a thin plastic ring floating in water reservoir...it goes some place ,but where? And, will it effect brewing? I found grounds in my coffee....Green Mtn pod or was it the Keurig. I'm counting on the reviews that say Great customer service. I did purchase a reusable pod for VUE. I like brands that do not have Pods let alone VUE pods. I went with Vue because people kept telling me their cups of coffee from regular Keurig were weaker than they prefer-travel mugs. I wanted good tasting coffee from Keurig if I spent the extra money. I think coffee taste is great.
