Every coffee we have tried we love. I've had the Vue since November with no problems whatsoever. My husband and I have a cup in the mornings and after dinner. It makes a perfect cup of coffee every day. Do not like that Vue Cups are hard to find, and I hope it lasts longer than 2 or 3 months as most customers complain about.

I love hot "fresh" coffee. Unlike a 10 cup brewer, where the coffee gets cool after the brewer shuts off. . . the Keurig Vue V500 is phenominal! Hot, fresh coffee every time. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. I bought this for myself.

Perfect for a Small Household

It's perfect for anyone who drinks maybe 1-2 cups of coffee, but not for people who drink by the potful (can be expensive that way). I love being able to try various types of beverages without making a whole pot. I especially love the 2-step process that creates frothy milk/coffee beverages - delicious!

Buy the accessories

I have been very happy with my Vue. I received it as a gift Dec. 2013 and it has worked wonderfully. I do recommend purchasing the little insert accessory to be able to use all Keurig cups. Found it at a local box store.

Quit working after less than four months! We used a converter made for the Vue to use the K cups with it. After a month of using them, the machine died. Not sure if there is a correlation. Several people have mentioned short lives on their Keurig. Not sure I would buy another.

Purchased with points earned from a bank card. Did not realize that it was not a K cup machine (did not realize VUE cup was different). We do love the different features. With coffee and tea drinkers of all ages, this covers all. The specialty drinks are great too. Different brew settings allow me to use one type of coffee different ways. Even with the great pros to this product the BIG CON is lack of product selection and were I can purchase. Yes, on line can be your best price, yet the 10 days it takes to get can be a hassle if you run out.
