Does NOT brew hotter!

The hook for the more expensive Vue system is that you can brew at tempuratures up to 197 degrees. No, you can't! We bought a Vue 500 unit in September and have never had any finished, brewed beverage exceed 165 degrees. Save your money on the more expensive Vue system and buy the regular system because Vue does NOT perform as advertised and the hassle of locating Vue brew cups is simply not worth high premium you will pay for a supposedly custom brew system.
Pros: Convenient
Cons: Does Not Brew Hotter
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the system

The product itself is GREAT! Vue cups are not available in stores, got the product for Christmas, used all my samples and cant find coffee anywhere but online :(

Love how quick it is to make coffee/tea but the only draw back is that there isn't as many variety packs for the vue as there are k cups but I'm getting around that by buying an adapter so I can use k cups also

Got it for a gift. Easy to use appealing to the eye but cant buy vue cups in local store have to purchase online.
Pros: Perfect Serving Size, Pleasing Aroma
Cons: Roasted Too Light

Great way to wake up to and again at night. So easy and fast to use and every cup is fresh. I only wish the Cappachino and hot chocolate was better tasting and I would be in heaven.

This is an attractive machine that makes a great cup of coffee quickly. Before getting the Vue I always made coffee with a French press. This is so much easier. Now in the morning everyone can choose their own flavor. My coffee cups are 16 oz and this makes a great large cup of coffee using the regular Vue packs. I purchased the rotating carosel and it looks wonderful in the kitchen. Since this is a new product new flavors and accessories will be coming. Storage drawers are now available for the Vue. While I never owned a K-cup system previously some of my favorite K-cup flavors are now available for the Vue.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Not Bitter, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Roast, Smooth Taste

I use my Vue at home and it is perfect for me. I can't drink a full pot by myself so the single are just right. I like the extra water so that I don't have to worry about filling it every day. I would like some of the other coffee brands offered. I enjoy the Folger's Classic Roast but I didn't see it offered on your site. I also have to find a store so I can buy the Vue cups.
