Never going back!!!?

We purchased our 1st Keurig for my wife's birthday. We decided on the Vue and are so glad we did. Our travel mugs fit perfect and the reservoir allows several mugs to be made before refilling. We enjoy the touch screen which makes switching to the cafe or iced beverage options as well as the correct mug size easy. My wife, who is a one mug drinker, likes the fact she's not waisting coffee grounds & water for her one & only morning coffee mug. I like the fact I always have a fresh brewed taste rather its my 1st mug or my 5th. Yea, I'm not a one mug drinker :-) We are done with old style coffee makers. No more burned coffee smell. No more guesstimating when filling the filter with grounds. One last thing about the Vue; we love the programmable time options. This feature allows us to save energy and yet automatically turn the machine on & off. We love our Keurig Vue!

I got this machine for my birthday and I have fallen in love with this machine. If i had to change one thing on it I would make the screen a little bit bigger. Other than that this is a great maachine. One thing that I wish that Keurig would make a bigger variety of coffees, lattes, and hot chocolates. They make more varieties for the k-cup machines. I hope Keurig comes out with somemore new coffees. That would be the coolest thing ever.

Noisy

This brewer is way too noisy. Exchanged for a different one and its still noisy. Thiese brewers are only worth the money if you can get a great deal on them. The vue packs and k cups expensive. Please lower the price on these things. Good thing my husband and I only have one cup each in the morning or we'd go broke!
Pros: Not Bitter, Smooth Taste, Pleasing Aroma

Where's the blue light?

I am annoyed that the blue light to see the water level is gone. I had a KCups brewer and switched to the Vue. I feel like it was a downgrade as the water level light is gone! Also the Vue cups are pretty much not available in grocery stores either. I do love the Vue because I can brew a hotter and stronger cup of coffee though. That is it's best feature. Why on earth can't you program the machine to stay at whatever setting you pick? Instead you gotta go thru all the settings for every cup! I feel like I should have kept my KCup brewer.

Disappointed in the coffee selections

Love the vue machine, however, we are very disappointed in the choices of the v-cup coffee selections. We chose to purchase this one over the K-cup because it was the newest on the market. If we had to do it over again we would definitely go with the k-cup.

I have used it all day today and it was delivered today. It is simple to use pop a pod in and ta da a great cup of coffee. I can't find anything that isn't great about this machine. Love it and will never go back to using a regular coffee brewer. Kudos to you Keurig!

This unit is easy to use and the coffee has that fresh-brewed taste. Pods becoming more available and web site has deals! It is perfect for a one cup at a time coffee brewer; using it has become part of my morning routine. Per cup is cheaper than convenience store! I've used it for almost a year with no problems!

I bought Keurig V500 2 weeks ago and we lovet! I also bought the filter so my daughter can use it to brew her own coffee and I brew my other tea flavors. Hopefully you guys can come up with more flavors in the future. I just got a coupon with an awesome deal so I'm looking forward to my 4 boxes of vue packs great!
