Love this Coffee System

This is the best thing I've bought in awhile. Love it and can't say enough good things about it. Highly recommend it and wish I hadn't waited so long to get one. The ONLY drawback I see so far is that the Vue Packs are a little hard to find. Still, it's worth it and I give it 5 stars!

I chose the Vue because I loved the fact that I could control the water temperature, cup size and strength as well as make iced beverages and the two step cafe beverages. Also, it was important to me that the Vue uses only BPA free materials. The only downside to it is the limited amount of Vue packs in comparison to K-cups and the fact that I have to order all of the Vue packs that I enjoy because I can't find any of them locally.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my Vue but the packs are hard to find. Sure wish that there was a pack available that would permit you to use your own coffee. Why is there one for the K-Pack and not the Vue pack?
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Pleasing Roast, Not Bitter, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Smooth Taste

Need more drink varieties.

First off, the brewer is great and has been problem free with daily use for over six months now. Granted my wife and I only drink one cup of coffee each in the mornings but that's exactly why we got this. We were wasting too much coffee by brewing full pots in the morning. I have no issues with the brewer itself but the lack of variety on the vue cups is beginning to wear on us. When I purchased this brewer I knew the variety wasn't there. However I feel that after 6+ months it's time for some new flavors. I don't know what the hold up is but I may be selling this to a friend and moving on if we don't have more options in the next few months.
Pros: It Works, Less Descaling Cycles
Cons: Lacks Variety
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have the older machine but I love this machine. The coffee has a better taste and it is rich coffee. My problem is tracking down coffee and if you find them they are not in the "big box" size. I hope we are ahead of the times and the cups start showing up. This happened with the older machine and now they are everywhere.

Don't waste so much coffee now , great ,love the 16 oz. travel size as my cups after cream ,this size is PERFECT ,FAST NO CLEAN UP ,NO COFFE STAINS IN MY WHITE SINK LOL ,.....WE MAKE COFFEE ,grands Make hot chocolate ,tea and lots more to come ...my only COMPLAINT IS I DID NOT GET THE FREE VUE CUP SPINNER HOLDER , as I was told I would get it .should of looked around ,

Did not realize when I purchased this that this was so exclusive! K cup varieties are everywhere!!! This is definitely for someone who doesn't mind spending so muich on coffee and not always exactly what you want. I would not recomment this at all. Works beautifully but very, very costly
