Received the uunit today after having read many excellent reviews. The instructions were easy to follow. All the parts were marked and tools were provided. It took about 30 minutes. The unit is substantial in construction and components used.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received the rowing machine, packaged and well protected. Opened it found the instructions and in an hour and a half I was rowing. All the tools necessary for assembly were included, which made it very easy to do. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. This was a great buy and a good addition to my home workout regimen.

I bought this rower to take a break from running, which was causing knee pain and longer recovery. Now I'm working out the whole body with no knee pain. The Avari Rower is sturdy and solid, also since it's magnetic is very quiet so I don't bother my family when I work out at 5am.

I rowed in crew regattas for my High School and was in the varsity squad. Ergs/Rowers were an essential part of our training regimen and it helped with our fitness and technique when water conditions were not favorable. Nowadays I row on this machine to keep healthy. This rowers features such as a heart monitor and programmable exercise routines are nice and makes exercising interesting.

I've had my rower for a month now and so far, so good. It went together super easy. Very smooth and quiet so I can watch TV while rowing. Even though I have sciatic issues, the seat is very comfortable after a half hour session. The only thing that's missing for me would be one or two more levels of tension and the foot strap system could be made with better quality material. I'm sure that could be an easy fix. Other than that, I'm very pleased with my rower.
