Thank you so much for sharing your review. We're so sorry to hear that your microwave has stopped heating and certainly understand how frustrating that is. If your microwave runs but is not heating, there could be one of many components that is not working properly.
Please make sure the “Timer” function was not inadvertently used.
Check to ensure the door is closed securely. Open the door and close it firmly. This confirms the engagement of the door's safety mechanisms.
For safety reasons, we offer no do-it-yourself repair advice on microwave ovens. There is an internal high voltage capacitor which can hold a high voltage charge even after the microwave has been unplugged. Also, special equipment is generally needed to make a diagnosis for the repair needed.
If the above suggestions do not solve the problem and the microwave still won't heat, we recommend contacting service.

Door latch is broken again

For the second time in 1 year, the button to press to open the microwave broke while I was opening it. Again, there is food in it and I can't get it out on a Sunday which means I will have food rotting in my broken microwave until I can get someone to come and repair it. This is a design flaw and should be recalled. Rotting food can cause health risks especially in a home with people challenged with an autoimmune disease. I would not recommend this microwave.

Not Impressed

So far, not impressed. The microwave portion works fine. The convection portion not so well. Baked a frozen pizza and it was soggy. Roasted a leg of lamb with potatoes, the meat cooked properly but the potatoes were still raw. Had to finish the potatoes in a skillet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are glad to have more help in the kitchen. With this convection/microwave oven, we are able to bake and microwave easily. Wish we had this much sooner.

Problem with Number Pad

This microwave is three years old and the number pad is not working properly. I can do the quick starts but am unable to use the timer or any number plus start. We have tried unplugging it and resetting it.

Good product

Waited over a year for product to be delivered. Very long process. Very over priced for a microwave. Wanted this to match my other appliances. Only reason I payed what I did. I still have in my room a wrong size microwave that I ordered and I am told I am unable to return. Which I am very unhappy with.
