We replaced an older Profile, this one appears smaller than the older one and the trim kit is not the same size.

Very similar to my old one

I like it a lot but the one thing that is different from my old 2012 GE profile model on the touchpad it hard to read the numbers are smaller and the old model had more of white writing versus this model is sort of a grey or light grey. Other than that I like it a lot.

Nice looking microwave. We are replacing one exactly like this that failed after only 2.5 years. Hopefully this one will not.

Nice to use as an oven and a microwave,

Microwave holds a lot of condensation inside of the oven and between the door. We are having it serviced and have not even had it a year

Hi Dkbg - Thanks for sharing your concern and giving us a chance to help. Condensation on or around the outside of the microwave door is normal for when cooking certain foods. If moisture is noticed between the glass, we suggest you allow the microwave door to stand open for approximately 15 minutes to accelerate the dissipation of the moisture.
