This is the second identical model that we purchased in the last 3 1/2 years. The first unit was fine, and I would happily recommend it for someone looking for a microwave/convection unit. Unfortunately, it abruptly died after a little over three years. Even with that not-so-good experience, we liked it enough to buy a second one. This time, we really had bad luck as we received an initial defective unit with a door that would not close properly and an intermittent clicking noise when the turntable was in use. Fortunately, the dealer we bought it from is replacing it with another new unit. Fingers crossed for better luck, as we do love this product (when it's working correctly!)

Absolutely love my convection microwave! It can cook like my full size oven so I can use it instead of hearing up the big one! So convenient!!

Blows my old GE micro away!

Just had the slate gray one installed. So many other features than my old GE one. Still figuring out how to use all of the features. Only setback is there is no back lighting, making it difficult to read the input buttons. Also, the sensor guide at the top is hard to read. But, it cooks to perfection!

Good replacement for an older unit.

This was the only unit with Convection heating that came with a 30" Kit.
We like the new features. We gave it three stars because it is missing a very
important function "DELAY START" which we used everyday. (and this unit cost
twice as much). The unit is also slightly more noisier. (May be due to more
powerful fan)

Lasted a little over a year

Junk... Lasted a 1.5 years. Then stopped heating. Will never buy GE again.
