Quiet and simple to use

I upgraded to a convection microwave when my previous built-in microwave broke. I love the convection feature and use it often. It heats good quickly and evenly on both settings and is very quiet.

This is the second identical model that we purchased in the last 3 1/2 years. The first unit was fine, and I would happily recommend it for someone looking for a microwave/convection unit. Unfortunately, it abruptly died after a little over three years. Even with that not-so-good experience, we liked it enough to buy a second one. This time, we really had bad luck as we received an initial defective unit with a door that would not close properly and an intermittent clicking noise when the turntable was in use. Fortunately, the dealer we bought it from is replacing it with another new unit. Fingers crossed for better luck, as we do love this product (when it's working correctly!)
