Good dual cook microwave with great design and met my specific requirements. Only four stars because door has stuck occasionally. A few reviews prior to my purchase also mentioned this. But, it's manageable. Overall, a great microwave

Never buy this

At first, the plate would keep revolving when the door was open and then a week into this the microwave stopped working. So, now we do not have a functioning microwave, and it seems like there are no easy and cost-effective replacement for this unit. I would strongly recommend anyone not to buy this product.

Garbage!

Had had this for 3 years and was the most expensive Micro I have ever purchased. 1 month after the warranty lapsed, the door mechanism broke..had it repaired. Now, the oven won't heat and the turntable won't turn. Last week, the turntable kept going, even when the oven was done, that stopped, just in time for NOTHING to work!

Not what I expected from GE

Purchased oven in March 2018. Kept it perfectly clean. Daily usage for reheating food, and baked cakes once every 2 to 3 months. The inner tray start rotating everytime I opened the door, but continued heating. Stop working completely un September 2019. Worst microwave/conv I ever had.
