Great microwave!

I’ve always liked GE Appliances and it came with an in-wall kit so it could be mounted above our GE in-wall stove so it looks great. It also has quite a few nice features including heating food very evenly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This one replaces an older version of the same model. This one is sleeker and better controls. It also has a fan that blows after the microwave has stopped.

The PEB9159SJSS is a replacement for a like kind microwave that failed. Key pad is different and does not light. It is installed below counter height and it hard to read / see. Smaller cook space. Functions well as a convection oven.

We had a black GE microwave for 22 years. It finally bit the dust. Why wouldn't we choose another GE microwave. By the way, the new one is stainless steel !!

Looks good, heats food evenly. easy to use. I wish it had a lock button like the fridge and dishwashers have.

Our first GE microwave lasted 21 years...so, if this one makes half that we will be happy. We use a microwave every meal...and oftentimes between meals heating up coffee or tea...of some sort of snack. We were without a microwave for about a week after the first one died...and what a disaster. We didn't know how to do anything without the microwave.
