Love the combo function!

Didnt have the room to put in a double oven so this combo unit allowed us to get all that we wanted. Now this microwave cavity is much smaller than the GE microwave we replaced but the turn tables are the same exact size so I imagine there will be no real difference. What I really love is the convection oven! While you can roast a 20 lb turkey, you can cook plenty in this small oven. This is the first time I've cooked by convection so that took some getting used to, but dont worry, this is a real oven! All of my regular baking dishes fit, the only thing that doesnt are the larger cookie sheets.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problems right out of the box

We bought this model to replace our 10 year old Profile that died a couple of weeks ago. We loved that microwave, but that model has been replaced with this one, and this one is not nearly as easy to use. The worst part is that I think we got a lemon. It doesn't sit level, and when we used it on convection mode, it had all kinds of issues. It didn't seem to get hot enough (since the pie wasn't brown after the appropriate time), and after it started beeping with END displayed, it wouldn't stop. We couldn't add more time, or better yet, cancel it, so we muted the sound. The END message didn't clear until it cooled off.
The good news is that the repair tech is coming this afternoon, so good customer service, just a bad product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My door opener button stopped working the microwave is less than 2 years old was informed that it cannot be repaired and will have to buy a new microwave as the cost for fixing it will be more than getting a new one

1.5 years and JUNK

Microwave worked great for 1.5 years and all of a sudden the turntable would just start spinning when the microwave door opened. That continued for a few weeks, now the microwave won't heat. Complete wasted of money. 1 year warranty. Garbage

Broke in less than 3 years

This microwave came built-in in our new construction house. Less than 3 years the turntable would keep spinning after the door was opened. Now 3 months later it won't heat anything. Looks like others have had the same exact issue.

We had to replace this microwave after only 2.5 years with the same exact model to fit the space and trim kit. Very disappointed in its poor lifespan.

We’ve been using this product for a little over 2 years and we are only able to use the quick 30 button . We can’t use the conventional oven because the start button does not work. This should not be happening on a product that is this expensive. The clock is also not functional properly with the numbers . They are only displaying partial numbers . Very frustrating and not sure how to get this fixed and I’m sure the cost to fix it is just as much as the price of the product
