Good appliance needs improvement

I loved the idea of being able to bake normally & also microwave with the same appliance but the frustration of the menu display being such a light color and no light behind it needs improved.
The interior metal doesn't clean very well & is soiled permanently.
This is our third GE Profile appliance for our newly remodeled kitchen and has been a disappointment.

My new oven.

This oven allows me to bake and roast without turning on my full sized oven and the microwave is also great. Excellent value and addition to our home.

Can't put anything in it and cook it for 20 seconds. Minutes only or add 30 seconds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This oven really does it all, with the exception of holding large roasts. I like the way it uses very little energy to accomplish all that it does. Amazingly compact and is our go-to oven for most of our meals.

We purchased this unit to replace our original GE microwave after 19 years of faithful service. New unit is a Microwave/Convection oven. It is so easy to use and works so smoothly. Cooks and heats food to perfection
