Slow to convection pre-heat. Low convection power. Micro good. How can a company sell new technology without recipe/instructions??

Wanted to replace my 27 year old GE microwave, which still worked. After doing online research, GE was the one for me again.
The microwave has all of the features that you could ever need or want. It is very easy to clean on the inside and the outside looks great!

Outstanding product

This is my 2nd GE convection oven. I specifically went looking for this particular product because of the long term outstanding service I experienced with my first one. I use this for all of my microwave and baking needs. With the use of a standard pizza pan, I bake my Christmas cookies in this oven. With this in my kitchen I have not had a need to use my standard oven for anything other than cooking utensil storage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We can't open the door and the light doesn't come on. None of the usual instruction materials were enclosed in the box.
