I bought this six months ago because I wanted a microwave and convection oven combined. The convection takes too long to preheat and the microwave is underpowered. It was very expensive with the combined total of the oven and the installation framing kit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Convential/convection built-in microwave

I replaced a GE built-in microwave with new stainless model. The new microwave is a counter top, and the built-in trim kit cost is a very expensive additional cost. Timeless microwave with new frills.

The oven came in good time & great shape. However, using it means I had to learn a lot from a conventional oven.
The features on it are good, just too few. My microwave I bought a decade ago had more choices, like cooking bacon or a hot dog.
As I get better at it, I am enjoying it more. This speaks to a need for a few example recipes included in the manual or a separate booklet.

Bought to coordinate with built-in oven. Like the size and "express" feature. Using convection is not easy to learn. Don't like the fact that every finger print shows on the stainless steel
