Had this microwave for approximately two weeks and love its functionality and appearance. Versatility to use as either a microwave or a convection oven is a great addition to our kitchen.

The GE microwave is a great machine! It runs extremely quiet and is very powerful. Also having the option to use the convection oven feature is a plus.

Good Microwave

Would have never thought 50watts less would mean having to add 30seconds to pop a bag of popcorn, but alas...here we are waiting an additional 30 seconds to start Ted Lasso because this new microwave doesn't pop a bag like our old microwave. Hey, at least it matches the rest of our appliances though.

Poor quality for an expensive unit

Microwave came with new home purchase. After 2 years of working, it no longer heats up food. It will still turn on, but it doesn't heat anything up.

Conventional and microwave oven both work perfect. I mounted it on top of my gas oven, with the frame it looks like one unit. All safety features are awesome.

We recommend resetting your microwave by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, this will require service by a qualified technician.
