Mine lasted just over 5 years. The microwave powers up but will no longer heat and the carousel will not move/spin anymore. It lights up, has power, you can hear the unit fans, etc when turned on, just doesn't work anymore. Frustrating to say the least given the initial cost of the unit new. Would have expected a lot more life out of this...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible quality, especially for the price!

After just a few years, the buttons on the control panel stopped working consistently. Sometimes they all work, sometimes they don't. Also, the lights on the display have also gone out such that the entire numbers do not light up. Recently, at about 5 years of age, it stopped heating at all. The fan and lights come on but the turntable does not turn and there is no heat--in either the microwave or convection settings. The oven has power as the lights and fan come on, but no heat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working less than 2 years old

The faceplate stopped working in less than 2 years of having this, so now we can’t click on the 2 or 3 button. Additionally, the Start button doesn’t work and we can’t click start to even start heating up our food. We literally have to click the 30 second fast start to heat up anything and open the door before it ends.
We also checked the manual and tried to schedule a service but online it said our microwave was “out of warranty”. Seriously?? We bought this with the new house and was new with the house.
Don’t purchase this microwave.

Wanted to keep it longer…. But….

We loved the microwave. Unfortunately, we have the same problem as others, the control face panel has several buttons that don’t work any more. Tried doing a power reset, but it just caused different buttons to not work. Would like to replace with a different unit, but having difficulty finding another model that will fit in the wall mount plate. Would appreciate any suggestions for another model to replace this with and fit in the wall plate.

Similar to other reviews, several buttons on the control panel stopped working after two years of normal use. I purchased the part , replaced the panel myself and fixed the problem. After another 2 years, the turntable would start to rotate when the door was open. Then after a couple months, the unit is completely not working.

Our panel began to loose the display numbers for time, etc after only a few years, then only have the keys worked, and just after five years, nothing works.
