The trim kit is not attractive and is flimsy and not securely attached at the bottom. The oven is very small but that was the only G.E. model that fit into a space that was vacated by a combo G.E. wall oven/microwave unit. The stainless steel is difficult to keep clean. The dark control buttons are difficult to see without bright light. It took G.E. about six weeks to restock this oven so I could have it installed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oven and Microwave in one unit

The unit has performed well and is easy to clean. The buttons are a bit harder to push than my previous model with knob selection. Sensor Cook works well for fresh and frozen vegetables. I am still learning the auto defrost. Broil is a new feature to me which I have not tried.

Ventelation fan broken after 30 months

I purchased this microwave and after about 12 months the vent fan started sounding funny. 18 months after that it is no longer venting the microwave when it cooks. I requested a service person with the online service for the fridge and microwave that a re broken and he never showed up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
