Don’t buy

Had this just under 5 years and the numbers started not showing up. I live in an HOA area and 3 others have had the same problems with the GE profile. I went on Facebook marketplace and someone is selling the exact same model. Guess what the numbers don’t work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Carousel runs when door is opened. Time for new 1.

After almost 5 years the display started losing lines in the numbers, and now when the door is opened the carousel starts going round. Time for a new one, but won't be getting the convection oven option. We hardly use it anyway, especially since getting an air fryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Smaller but mighty in power! My only negative is no handle for opening. The push button is annoying and you're constantly scrubbing the fingerprints off (like 10 times a day)

Disappointed!

New install in early 2021. Late 2023 control panel began to work intermittently. Also display began to lose LED elements making it difficult to read. Extended warranty denied coverage claiming “physical damage”! Frustrated.

Expensive fire hazard

I'm incredibly dissatisfied with this microwave. After just two years of use, it stopped working completely. Upon inspection, I discovered significant damage: burnt wires at what appears to be a grounding cable or temperature sensor. This isn't just disappointing in terms of product durability but raises serious concerns about safety. Such issues are unacceptable for a household appliance from a reputed brand, especially considering its price. I expected reliability and quality, but this product failed on both counts. I won't be purchasing from this manufacturer again.
I’ve discovered that this microwave model is not only problematic in my home but also in my neighborhood. My builder installed this product in all the houses, and at least two of my neighbors have experienced the exact same issue—right down to the same line being burnt out. This appears to be a recurring defect in this model, raising serious concerns about its reliability and durability.
