Overall, easy to use. Love all its features. Gave it a 4 star and not a five, because the control panel does not light up and in low light is difficult to see since I have poor vision.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Features are what I expected, except for the convection component, which we haven't fully explored. Otherwise, the typical microwave features (timer, touch panel, cook and defrost) are fairly reliable and no effort to use at all. The messaging to "turn" the item in the middle of defrosting is helpful. Door open/close is a bit "tinny" and crude. A minor issue, but could be better.
I would recommend this to a friend!
