Questionable Value or just one bad unit?

within the first month the tempered glass on the oven shattered while cooking. Within 13 months the entire oven quit working and was deemed unrepairable. The oven/range was replace under warranty quickly and without hassle. So I can't say much about the oven/range, but the warranty service was excellent. We are hoping we just got a bad unit and the replacement will be as good as the warranty service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks great and 3 racks you can use all at once!

This oven is great! It has 3 large racks, the bottom one is on rollers so you can guide large items like a turkey in and out with ease, and because it has a convection option, you can actually bake on all 3 racks at the same time!! The warming drawer works great to keep things warm until you are ready to serve them. The range works wonderfully! The grates remove easily to clean and even though the surface is stainless it is very easy to clean!

Nice features and Look

We had our kitchen remodeled about two months ago and the oven added a nice look to the project. We also switched from electric to gas on the oven and enjoy the many features this oven offers, including a convection choice and warming drawer.

It's a really nice looking, heavy duty range. After a few minor tweaks it seems to work very well. Very happy with it. My friend/neighbor liked it so well she asked if I would mind if she copied me....I said no, so she did. She loves hers, too!

Great stove poor quality stainless surface

We bought our GE profile range three months ago. We love the stove top burners and features, as well as the oven. However, the stainless steel surface is light gauge and scratches easily. GE needs to use better quality stainless for their appliances.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
