After lots of research I chose this oven. The oven bakes/roasts evenly and the third rack in the oven is great! The burners, along with the griddle or 5th burner is a bonus. I use the flat top grill frequently.

Hate the knobs

The control knobs are on the top and get in the way of cleaning. They need to be put on the front below a flat lip like a Viking. A Viking is much easier to clean and keep clean. Look at the Viking top cooking surface, what is black what is stainless and the way you clean both. A similar Viking cost three times as much but looks much cleaner when it is in use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the duel fuel feature, the warming drawer and the gliding center rack. I have used the self cleaning feature and it came out spotless with very little ash residue.

Easy to use, cooks and bakes everything perfectly! Maintains even heat. Only one tiny negative - seems to scratch easily.

not what I expected

Every time I try to clean around the knobs the oven comes on and the stainless steel around the knobs is already scratched from the rough grates be moved to clean under them

Food preparation suddenly became fun. The many facits and features of this stove encourage creative cooking that my old glass top couldn't match. The flexibility of dual fuel cooking in a compact and easy-to-clean appliance was the perfect finale to my kitchen remodel.

Very dissatisfied with the propane oven version of this stove. Finally sent it back and replaced it with the dual fuel version. The oven heating is far more even and accurate vs. the propane version. Looks like it is going to be a nice range. One grate is warped but that will be reordered, hopefully without a problem.
