Unnecessarily difficult

I strongly regret buying this stove. The overly large and heavy metal grates that fit over the burners make it quite difficult to clean the stove. Cleaning takes a good 45 minutes because you have to remove the grates, one at a time, and they scratch my new countertops. And the grates themselves are difficult to wash. Very soon, I plan to replace it with an old-fashioned, white-enameled gas stove with small, easy-to-remove and clean metalwork. This stove has the look of a professional stove, but who cares since it is so impractical. And it certainly doesn't cook any better than any other gas stove. If you don't cook and want a stove that just looks stylish, then this is the one for you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best of both worlds

Just installed this range 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Haven't even used the convection feature yet but the oven bakes bread perfectly and the stove top gives me instant heat that is easily controlled from boiling to simmer (unlike the old electric range I had).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Oven controls and timer are not intuitive. After three months, we still can't figure out how to use many features.

I cook quite a bit - from baking to stir-fries to roasting, etc, and I was really looking for something that could consistently do all of those things, and was beautiful to look at. This range, especially with the dual fuel, does all of those things well. Very happy with this purchase.
