My refrigerated kingdom

First the "slate" surface si awesome--magnetic and smudge-free--if you have kids this is the one to get. Opening the french doors and watching the lights slowly come on with my arms spread, I felt like a culinary king surveying his kingdom. The not-so-deep version was more expensive but the extra room in the kitchen is nice. All the conveniences of the newest fridge models plus that nice finish.

Love this Fridge

Even though it's not what I am used to I am liking the fridge so far. I like the open door alarm and it seems to have enough room inside since there is only 2 of us using it.

This is a quiet running appliance. It is very well arranged. I love the door controls. The water filter is great, no more bad taste to ice. The internal water dispenser saves space and is a very nice convenience. The drawer freezer is wonderful. Slate is just beautiful!

This slate fridge looks great in our kitchen. It is a nice change from normal stainless steel because it does not show fingerprints. The side by side doors allow for easy access to all things inside the fridge.

Not as deep as my old refrigerator, but layout offer more storage, especially like the storage capacity inside the doors.

Just received but so far love the slate color and how it fits into our kitchen. both freezer and refrigerator were at 0 & 37 the next morning and working great.

Noisy humming

Do not buy this refrigerator if it is going into a kitchen near an area where you spend time reading or eating. It makes a loud humming when it the fan is on which is much too loud for normal conditions. It would be great for a separate pantry but that's about it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
