Love the freezer on the bottom!

Ordered while it was "back ordered"; but it was worth the wait. Love the slate color, the ice in the bottom freezer because it's easier to get it out without dropping on my wood floors. Most of all, I love the counter depth!!

Getting many compliments on the new slate refrigerator & dishwasher, even from the installers. Although my other appliances are stainless, the slate actually is a better match in my kitchen and definitely provides a warmth that the stainless will never match. While I was shopping for my appliances, I saw several people admiring the slate finish and wished the option came in many other appliance choices.

We looked at many other brands, but this model had all the features we wanted like side lighting, internal water and ice, attractive appearance, and lots of space.

Cabinet depth was worth the extra money

A regular depth refrigerator would have ruined our new kitchen. So glad we spent the extra money for the cabinet depth. Also have had many positive comments on the interior lighting of the refrigerator. Handles will show many finger/hand prints

Stylish upgrade for my new kitchen

My previous refrigerator was a bottom-freezer GE and I adored it. I almost brought it to my new home but I'm so glad we upgraded to this beautiful Slate French-door model. It is difficult to find a counter-depth refrigerator without an ice dispenser in the door (I have heard a lot of bad things about in-door dispensers) that still has plenty of room. This model has all that plus great Showcase LED lighting and a ton of flexible storage options. One shelf even slides back to make room for taller items. The full width storage drawer changes colors when various temperature settings are selected (and briefly when the door is opened)--very fun! The shelves in the freezer keep everything in view so I never have to hunt for the item I need. The water filter means ice and water taste great too. We love the interior water dispenser!

Slick looking and performs great!

We have had this for 6 months now and it has more then met our expectations. The look is so slick and ZERO fingerprints. Performs really well and we couldn't be happier. Stainless is so over done and the slate color is the way to go.
