Beautiful and Roomy!

This looks great in our new kitchen and I love the french doors. It takes a little getting used to placing your items for maximum efficiency in both the refrigerator and the freezer. The warm gray finish is stunning in my "warm white" kitchen and the no-fingerprint finish is easy to keep looking good. I rated 4 stars only because using the water dispenser inside the fridge is a little difficult. You've really got to lean in to press and hold the small button while filling your glass or water bottle. Otherwise, we love it!

Great Counterdepth fridge.

This is my first brand new fridge and I LOVE it! Was worried the counter depth wouldn't have as much space but the shelves in the doors more then make up for it. It has just enough room for a large pizza box as long as it doesn't hit the shelves in the door. Lights are nice and bright, in fridge water dispenser is convenient, although i would like it better if the cup could trigger the water instead of a push button above. Ice machine keeps up with our ice needs fine.
Very quiet as well, can't tell it is even running, unlike our previous one.

Profile great look. Nothing but issues. Used 1.5 years. 2 new ice makers, new compressor & fan. New fill tube for ice maker. Issues started within first year. Ice on top of freezer door. Gasket
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor product

I find all the good reviews shocking. 1) The first one I bought,, had to be returned because it was lemon. Made a horrible loud clicking noise. 2) The slate scratches really, really easy. Can't put a thing on it on the front unless you are begging for scratches. 3) You can't put anything heavy in the left door. Like a full gallon of milk for example (or orange juice, or water bottles....nothing heavy at all) The heaviness of the door makes it pop out of the groove in the center of the fridge which seals both doors. If you don't notice it you have a huge gap between the doors, thus allowing all your cold out. 4) The stainless on the handles catches every bit of dirt, smudge anything. prepare to wear gloves when you open the door unless you want it to look awful. 5) The spacing of the shelves is poor. I had to completely take a shelf out so tall items would fit. The spacing options/shelf level options are very limiting - only 1 or 2 options.
Suffice it to say, if I could return the refrigerator --- I would in a heart beat and will tell everyone I know to skip this one if asked. That being said --- the Slate color LOOKS lovely...I love it --- but the scratching makes it impracticle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Slate counter-depth refrigerator

We have installed all your slate products in our newly remodeled kitchen. We love the look of the slate and had been waiting for the counter-depth refrigerator. While we are glad to see you now have counter-depth refrigerator we are disappointed to see that it does not have water and ice in the door. Can you provide a date when that option may become a reality.

Freezer door that will not open

This refrigerator freezer door is hard to open, it gets tight and will not let me in until I wait a few minutes after opening and closing. Sometimes as long as 5 minutes or more will pass before I can open it. By pulling on the handle, I have had to have it serviced to tighten and it is getting close to that again.

We had been waiting for a slate refrigerator in the counter-depth size and were so excited to see they finally came out with one. But we were very disappointed to see that it does not have a water or ice dispenser on the outside. I hope they come out with one that does soon.
