Love It - Except for One Thing

Beautiful refrigerator! It really looks great in our new renovated kitchen. The design is great and the size is perfect for us. We love to cook and always have a lot of fresh produce in the house. The only complaint we have is the the control panel does not sit well in the door and the control panel does not work the way it should. The repair person has been out a couple of time and hopefully, it will be fixed with the next visit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We recently remodeled our kitchen and bought all new appliances. We chose the Electrolux counter depth refrigerator. Im glad I did. I really like the sleek look and I love how the drawers are soft close!

special storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a part of the model house we bought and I am so glad they got this specific refrigerator. My favorite feature is the little storage that automatically adjusts to its correct temperature, either you are thawing meat, keeping a marinated item, snack, drinks etc. it's so convenient to have an isolated area for a specific temperature. I recommended this to my mom's coz I love it so much!

The plastic on top on the freezer door is cracked and breaking away. Why would they use plastic anyways? Very poor design! The wire drawer in the freezer is constantly running off the track.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yikes! Cold, thank you for sharing your valuable observations about your refrigerator. I have something for you to try that may help your freezer basket matter. Please remove all items from the top freezer basket, and remove the basket by pulling it out to full extension and lift out. On the slide assembly bar on each side, you should see two white retainer clips. Position the basket onto the retainer clips making sure the front of the basket rests in the retaining clips on the inside of the stabilizer bar (the long white plastic bar across the front). Your top basket should be securely in place now. Your feedback is reviewed online by our product gurus, who I'm sure will find value in your observations. The best refrigerator I ever purchased !

It is beautifully designed, obviously a lot of thought and research went into the details. The proportion of drawers to open shelves is just what I was looking for, Iof course the lighting is unparalleled - so nice to be able to see everything even what is in the drawers, and the ease of using these drawers makes it a pleasure to open and close. Although I read some users complain about the temperature, I could not be happier. The cooling is even throughout the storage area and nothing- NOTHING- has come up frozen while in the refrigerator. I enjoy the digital display and the freezer is also easy access with a very capable ice maker. Even the door handles were placed far enough away from the door so that if you are cooking and have ingredients on your hands, they don't end up on the door ! Yet they look sleek. Just another example of the thought and care went into the design of this fridge .......and it is perfectly suited to our household.
