Luxury Touch

While we've only had this fridge for a day, I am already in love. It is extremely luxurious inside (led lighting, glass edge shelves, self-closing drawers) and the separate drawer with preset temps is a great feature. It has more features and a more luxury feel than any refrigerator in its price range. I had heard that they had issues with the ice maker in previous models and that this model had taken care of those concerns. I am hopeful that this will prove to be true and we'll enjoy our new refrigerator for years to come.

I have had my Electrolux side by side for 2 years and have had zero problems. Its the nicest appliance in my Kitchen. The Ice Maker works fine also. I run the Glass shelves in the top rack of Dishwasher so keeping the inside is a breeze also. No problems from this happy customer.

Awful Quality

We bought this refrigerator in November, 2012. Since that time the repair service has been to our house 8 times----can you believe 8 different times!! In In late November, 2014, no ice. In December, 2014---no ice, In May, 2015 replaced thermostat damper, In Sept., 2015 replaced motherboard---you can see now we started to keep track of the parts. So far we've replace or will have replaced the terminator thermostat, Thermestor (being replaced today), control board and a heating element. If you buy this refrigerator you must buy the extended warranty. I also have an Electrolux microwave and stove---again multiple trips from the repair service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible ice maker

I LOVE the lighting in this fridge and the way it cools consistently throughout the fridge, meaning no frozen or warm places. Had I been subjected to the days long, 15 second intervals of the loudly clicking ice maker that is either not dumping the cubes properly or collects water and freezes where a certain mechanism is (as I've since read on the internet), would I have purchased this fridge? Absolutely not. It'll drive you crazy! This seems to happen every six weeks or so. I've succumbed to it's torture and am finally looking for a fix. Although I'm not too optimistic judging by what I've read.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love Love Love it

Just installed this refrigerator yesterday and love, love, love it. Even though its counter-top depth, it is very well designed to max the space, and seems to hold much more than our old counter-top depth refrigerator of s similar size. The glass shelves are curved to capture spills and can fit in the dishwasher are great. Soft close drawers are a nice feature, as is the LED lighting. Freezer is roomy/flexible. Makes ice, but I think this can be turned off as a feature, if we dont want that. Finally, the stainless steel finish is beautiful.

A Great Product but for One Feature

We purchased this unit for our new home and, in general, are very happy with it. The French Doors, glass shelves, and well-lit interior make it a pleasure to use. Moreover, there are so many special compartments for storage of unique food items. We particularly like the drawer inside the freezer for storing ice cream and the drawer in the primary compartment for storing wine bottles.
The knock off for this item is the ice maker. While it makes ice well enough for our needs, the wire sensor that detects when the ice tray is full and shuts the maker off also has the additional feature of raking the ice over the back side of the ice tray from which it falls down inside the unit and from there off on to the kitchen floor. This is very irritating to us and causes us to rate the features and quality lower than we would otherwise.
We were warned that in a below the unit freezer it is sometimes harder to find items, but that is the trade-off.

Good Choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an improvement from my side by side refrigerator. Even though the square feet is very similar this refrigerator seems larger. Maybe because this does not have the space robbing ice and water dispenser in the door. The access to the freezer and fresh foods is very good. The only issue I have had so far is that I didn't shut the freezer door all the way once and the door ajar alarm didn't sound. I guess the alarm is only for the fresh food doors. Just be sure that it is all the way closed.

A joy every day!

It's been 6 months now and I'm still loving this refrigerator! I can't say anything negative about it. The ice maker is producing nicely, no complaints here! It is a great refrigerator for the price, and in my opinion the best in its category. I spent weeks shopping for a fridge to fit my small galley kitchen and this has the best interior design of all of the countertop fridges other than those expensive $10,000 ones. Bright lights, solid sleek glass shelves, it is sturdy with a luxury feel. Countertop fridges are not as roomy as standard ones, but I store all my food in square and rectangular pyrex dishes and it seems to hold more food, and I love the Cool Zone drawer. One day it will be filled with meats and another day a party platter. Adjustable shelves allows me to put large / long items on the bottom shelf. Every guest who opens my refrigerator doors always make a favorable remark on the interior. So there you have it, great sleek design with outstanding functionality- I HIGHLY recommend this refrigerator.
