Terrific refrigerator

We recieved this refrigerator as a replacement for an in-door water & ice model that could not be repaired. We love the refrigerator LED lighting and self arraingement. It allows for easy access and optimal storage capacity. The ice maker in the freezer functions perfectly ; we always have plenty of ice available.
I would recommend this to a friend!

freezer problems

We have had ongoing problems with the freezer of this refrigerator/freezer since it was installed. Warranty repair work is almost non-existant. No one wants to work on it because, they say, Electrolux won't pay them. The initial problem was ice and frost build up in the freezer to the point the door wouldn't close. Now the ice maker has stopped making ice. We've had the refrigerator/freezer for 3 months and the freezer has been unuseable during that time. We're now using ice trays to make ice!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This refrigerator is the absolute best we have ever had. We have had a few in the past, and the internal set up is perfect for our food requirements. The freezer section is set up nicely too. We really enjoy having the soft serve drawer.

So happy that I bought this refrigerator. There is so much space inside and the shelves are easy to move and can be configured in many ways to suit your storage needs. I also love the lighting inside the refrigerator!!

problems after 1 month

Bought a new house with this brand new fridge. After one month of a loud whistling noise we had the compressor replaced. Unit was quite for about 2 weeks now it's making a loud grinding sound. Poor quality but really good about customer service.
