Great fridge,

I have been very pleases with my refrigerator. It does not have the exterior water and ice dispenser. It does have an ice maker in the freezer. You would not believe the space! I have had this refrigerator for two years and not one problem. I also have all the other appliances by electrolux and they too are wonderful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Electrolux Kitchen

We completely remodeled our kitchen last winter and installed all Electrolux appliances. We would recommend any and all Electrolux products as our experience has been wonderful.
As for the refrigerator, we have a small kitchen and counter depth french door is ideal. If someone is in the refrigerator we still have room for others to pass in and out. Before we have a single door and when it was open no one could get through.
The design is elegant, functional and easy to use. We entertain frequently and this has been a great addition to our kitchen with more capacity and functionality then we ever had before.
I would recommend this to a friend!

counter depth fench door fridge

It is okay. I purchased it to match my double wall ovens that I love. The fridge is good enough, wish the open door chime was louder and the doors could pull themselves in better. The interior is nice, the shelves are awesome and easy to clean, but be careful they could damage easily. The soft close drawers on the inside are great. Lighting is plenty bright and well placed. Freezer is tight, the door seems askew and I am having issues with buildup, not the best feature in this fridge. I chose not to do the water and ice dispense because of my kids. I have not hooked up the in freezer ice maker yet, but expect that it should work just fine.

right door closing hinge has problem

The right door hinge that looks it to the body has bad design and keep hitting the frig
The fan at the bottom of the frig is extremely noisy

Minor problems but QUICK repairs

Ice maker went out but was repaired within a week. The filtration for the ice was out too far and interfered with water supply due to the depth problem. New reconfigure product filter has so far taken care of the problem and water continues to be supplied properly.

Excellent with a few caveats

I purchased this refrigerator as I rebuilt my house after Hurricane Sandy. It really looks great and I have gotten several compliments on it. When it arrived, it had received damage from the shipping in the back right corner. The driver called Appliance Connection where I purchased it, and they agreed to take $250 off, and I agreed as long as it worked properly. After a while, I noticed that the freezer was building up ice and seemed to be melting and then refreezing product. Also, there was unusual sounds coming from the Fridge, banging..it almost sound like then an icemaker is working, but I hadn't hooked mine up. The repairman ordered a couple of new parts, but it didn't make the sound, so he didn't know what it was. Came back a month later with the new parts, hooked it up and it seems okay now.
I would caution to make sure the freezer door is closed tightly I love the lighting, the adjustable shelves, and the compartments. The large draw keeps cold cuts and cheeses fresh much longer than in my old fridge. You can set the temp for the draw and I keep mine at 34. Because of the counter depth, space is always a problem, but I had the icemaker taken out of the freezer (not a big deal), and I can fit a lot more now. Still makes the noise now and then, but it doesn't seem to affect performance.

I love it!

I had this product installed 6 weeks ago and am very happy with it overall. The refrigerator area is just beautiful and very spacious. I love the LED lighting and the glass shelves, except for the curvature, as you lose some space on each shelf. The soft close storage bins are large and very convenient.
I am still getting used to the freezer space, because there is very limited shelf space to hold cassaroles and leftover cooked foods. The "soft serve" drawer takes up more space than usefulness. I am still learning how to adapt my storage style from my prior side by side freezer.
I did not install the ice maker, as I rarely use ice. I can easily freeze one tray at a time. The outside design is really beautiful.
