I CAN'T BELIEVE MY ELECTROLUX MICROWAVE WAS 3 YEARS OLD THIS MONTH AND DIED!!! I HAVE ALWAYS HAD MICROWAVES THAT COST HALF OF WHAT THIS ONE COST...AND LASTED 3 TIMES AS LONG. NOW MY HUSBAND SAYS
IT WILL COST $202 FOR THE PART THAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!!! HOPE MY ELECTROLUX RANGE IS MADE BETTER THAN
THIS! OUTSIDE MIGHT BE ELECTROLUX, BUT ALL THE PARTS ARE MADE IN THAILAND BY FRIGIDAIRE!
IT WILL COST $202 FOR THE PART THAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!!! HOPE MY ELECTROLUX RANGE IS MADE BETTER THAN

I really enjoy the microwave, and the kids find it easy to operate. There's so many features and options. The look is sleek and cool, it really pops with the over-all look in the kitchen.

Great microwave

This is a replacement microwave for my other Electrolux microwave. The old one was 4 years old and did not have a turntable. Its bottom was some type of white glass and it exploded one day. i had to have the exact same fit because my kitchen was only 6 months old and it would of required tearing out back splash. Because size was very critical for fit I tried calling customer service for more detailed measurements, they would only read to me from their book would not transfer me so I could get more exact measurements. Ended up being 1/4' inch different so tile had to all be cut anyway. We have only had this for a month, turntable is nice and it has 3 level fan. It is vented outside. It was nice because handle matched all my other appliances from 5 years ago.

Love this new Electrolux Microwave

The 30" Microwave oven we now own is a wonderful unit. This unit is easy to use and has just the right features for our needs. Everyone in the house uses the unit and no one has shown any sign of frustration with not being able to use the unit or it's features. The automatic features on the unit works flawlessly. I would recommend this unit to everyone.

Door handle broke after 15 months and not covered

The plastic stand-offs for the door handle just broke from normal use and I had to replace them both. Our Electrolux refrigerator and oven have metal stand-offs so they are ok but this expensive microwave is poorly designed in that respect.
