So-so Product

I thought I was paying for a higher quality reliable appliance, but apparently wasn't. The documentation says that a turntable isn't needed, but actually it would work better with one. The touchpad brackets broke after 9 months. It was a good thing I purchased the extenced warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Problems since we got it

There was what looked like a smear on the glass of the door when we installed it. We called the store we got it from and they said the glass was just dirty. Then the smear changed and moved around so we knew there was a leak of some kind. We called the store back and they looked again and saw it had changed and agreed that they were wrong and there was some type of leak. We are still waiting to get a new door installed and it's been several months. Not happy with getting this process resolved !

Very Disappointed

Not at all happy with this microwave. We are currently waiting on our 4th to arrive. Original was purchased in April, 2011. It arrived bent on one side from the factory (shipping box was in excellent condition). It was replaced and worked for a couple of months before the magnetron went out. Received another replacement, magnetron has gone out in it as well. Third time wasn't a charm for us and we're not convinced that the fourth will be either. We've been without a microwave for four weeks as of this writing. Sorry but I just cannot recommend this product.

Over the counter microwave

I bought this microwave as part of a kitchen remodel, after doing research. OI wanted something with a powerful fan, as the kitchen is open to the rest of the house.

Nice but not great..

Purchased as part of a package for complete kitchen remodel.. the microwave looks beautiful and matches all the rest of the appliances.. it works really well.. the two issues I have are for one thing the buttons dont light up and it's hard to see the button for the underside light and fan.. the fan is really noisy.. the microwave is physically falling apart.. we have had the module for the buttons replaced once already because the snaps that hold it on break.. the cowl on top of the microwave has snapped off.. this happened while cleaning the outside of the unit.. no kids in the house.. just us two middle aged folks.. we're not rough on the appliances.. I thing the microwave will be going away soon with another maker replacing it.. it's less than three years old.. I'd think for a $1500.00 microwave it would be a bit more sturdy

Quick and easy

The microwave is the next generation from my last GE microwave. It is simple to use and the instructions on how to get started were even more easy to understand. Simple steps make it a breeze to use, to enjoy cooking and eating your creation even more. Clean up if any is also non complicated.

Easy Touch Easy Clean

I purchased this model mainly for the capacitance type easy touch panel design. It is much easier to clean than the standard type touch panels and I don't have to be concerned about panel labeling wearing off during cleaning. I really like the look of this model, it is very sleak and stylish.

Terrible design

I purchased the microwave when I updated my l\kitchen. The settings are difficult if not impossible to see. Also if I use the exterior light of the microwave the inside of the unit gets very hot. Very very disappointed with unit. Would NEVER recommend this unit wish I could take it back. I wish I had my old microwave back
