This drive is small and fast. It's about the size of a stick of PC RAM and super fast. It took me about 15 minuets to install but that was only because I had to remove my graphics card to get to the M.2 slot on my motherboard.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight, small, fast
Cons: none

What a surprise

I wasn't sure if I wanted to go for a standard SSD or a SATA m.2 unit. My MSI motherboard has a SATA M.2 slot and I decided to go for it. It works great . Installation of Windows 8.1 took under 6 minutes with restarts. Windows 8.1 starts (after post) in less than 3 seconds. Great speed and great space 500 Gb is much more than I expected of a SATA m.2.
Pros: Inexpensive, fast

Great product! super speed, Installed with no problem with a clean Windows 10 OS in my HP EliteBook 1040 G1.
I drop one star because of the Samsung magician Software does not support W10 to activate RAPID MODE.

it is standard size, and works fine !
it is actually 80mm (3.14961 inches according to my vernier caliper)

Makes a good computer better

No problems with the install on an Acer Aspire VN7-561G, used EaseUS for the migration. I am happy that the Samsung Magician worked. (In the past it wasn't supported)

Performance on video games

this hard drive boots the computer, the part on loading the windows and all other video games. To have a total absolutely performance I suggest to switch all your hard drive to SSD.
