Less than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all I am disappointed in this refrigerator. The doors slam so hard if you do not hold onto the handle! The dairy bin has no edge on it so the butter falls out in the floor when you open it. The temperature in the door bins bis much warmer than the rest of the refrigerator. Definitely cannot set it on the recommended 37°! My 20-year-old Kenmore cooled and worked much better for a lot less money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this and got a great deal since it was last years model. Like the look....solid rather than vented top. Sleek design both inside and out. Wish it had a water dispenser though!

Electronic -not so good

I have owned this refrigerator since June 2017. After about one year, the interior LED lights, one by one, stopped working. As of now, only about one-half of the LED lights work. Additionally, the control/monitoring panel at the top of the interior of the refrigerator periodically either stops working or shows false information. I assume my problems relate to a faulty circuit/control board but can't say for sure. None of this is covered by warranty at this point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my KitchenAid French Door Refrigerator

Beautiful but overall design not user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this fridge for a year and I already have had to replace and door spring hinge and icemaker closer. I dislike having to open 2 doors to open any of the veggie and fruit crispers. I just don't seem to be able to organize this fridge very well compared to the Subzero that we replaced. Also, Doors are not heavy so it takes a bit longer for them to pull close. Quality of fridge is good. It keeps food cold, and seems to keep fruit/ veggies for a long time with out smells. It's beautiful, just don't love the design and ease of use, and problems that we have already experienced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
