Ice machine location is awkward and hard to turn off and on, excess ice spills behind refrig door. Space in freezer not easily accessible, needs better way to separate items in drawer. Refrig door shelves heights not flexible enough, as adjustment spaces are limited due to bulk of shelves on door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is a replacement for a refrigerator I had purchased for a kitchen remodel. The actual product I previously had much more quality features than this replacement. Although it is a nice built in model that fit my cabinet specs...I was quite disappointed in the fewer features and the cheaper quality finishing. These handles are not as shown and do not match the kitchen package I own complete with 3 dishwashers, microwave, double oven warming drawer and ice maker:( I should have been informed. Also, we were WITHOUT A REFRIGERATOR FROM NOVEMBER-JULY...WOW...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remodeling my kitchen, I selected this built in refrigerator. It's a beautiful addition to the kitchen: spacious, easily accessible shelves. Challenges with the refrigerator: it is hard to keep outside looking clean and neat. The ice maker drawer is difficult to access without ice falling out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awful refrigerator. Poorly made, difficult to clean, freezer drawer never has worked right. Basically, all my Kitchenaid appliances are an absolute DON'T BUY. They are awful. I have never had more problems with appliances in my life. Will never buy Kitchenaid again.

We have had this fridge for over 3 1/2 years. No issues since installation. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another. Other than the freezer section being smaller than our previous refrigerator, there aren't many negatives about it. Largest quirk is the way the door seal works. The left side won't always "auto close" like the right side will. We understand that's the design. We're ok with it. Stainless finish still looks like new!

Doors slam shut all the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's attractive in and out, well lit, ample space. My problem, doors to heavy and swing to fast-that they slam all the time. When they do, the food stuffs in the door fly around. Ice maker stopped working 6 months in.

The main objection to it is that you have to open both doors to access the drawers and the doors slam shut very hard. The freezer is a little small, but overall it's a good refrigerator. It is beautiful in the kitchen!

WAITING FOR THEM TO COME BACK AND ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS. SECONDLY, YOU CANNOT ACCESS DRAWERS WITH 1 DOOR OPEN, VERY INCONVENIENT. ALSO, YOU NEED TO OPEN BOTH DRAWERS IF YOU WANT TO USE LEFT SIDE OF FRIDGE? DESIGN IS AWFUL. DEPTH IS SO SHALLOW. NOTHING FITS. WHAT A MESS. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WANT A NEW FRIDGE!!!
