Poor product!

I got this to make Christmas dinner. While using it the motor burned out. Needless to say it made it very hard and nearly impossible to finish. Worst part I could not return it because is bought it while shopping for Christmas gifts and have no idea what I did with the receipt. Save your money!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far so good!

I've been using this mixer quite heavily for several months now and it has been working great. My wife did use the whisk attachment and it didn't fair very well. It is currently unusable. But overall, the mixer has been a workhorse for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Until I used it... the beaters are just not solid enough. It's like using a hand held wisk. Very disappointed!

versatile use mixer

I was pleased to see Black and Decker had a replacement for the previous Power-Boost model I wore out. The new model seems to have more power in general plus additional mixing tools for various kinds of uses. I have not tried all of them yet, but those I have worked well. A new surprise is the storage case that comes with the mixer---very handy, but I fear the latch on the case will not hold up well over the life of the mixer though that is not a reason to avoid this mixer. The mixer is a great addition to my kitchen appliances.

Good Power

Very happy with this product. Stores nicely in it's case. One problem is finding replacement beaters, mine broke after several uses.

Love my hand mixer

I love my mixer but my wire beaters broke and I cannot find replacement ones. If anyone has any idea where to find some please let me know.

Great mixer

I have had this mixer for about a year and use it quite often. I love the mixer, the speed is great and the various attachments are very useful. However, about a week ago one of the beaters broke (they don't seem very strong) and it is very hard to mix with 1 and 3/4 beaters. Please advise where I can get a replacement.
