SOLID LITTLE PRINTER

I have been using this printer for a while and find it very useful. It does just about everything for me in my day to day printing. I needed the ability to print on discs for my photo business and this does it well. A small feature is a place to store the disc carrier right under the printer. This makes my desk into a little office.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Photos

Have the Expression 820 and the Workforce 840. Added the 820 because of the slow and poor quality printing of photos on the 840. The 820 prints great quality pictures at a very fast speed. Prints double sided without a problem. Trying to figure out why I can only scan if the original is on glass while the 840 accepts from the tray. Biggest complaint with Epson in general is the cost of ink. The color carts aren't available in XL and often retail sales exclude Epson.

cannot print

I've had this printer awhile and has worked fine. This last week I had to replace the laptop's hard drive and now I cannot print. I've reinstalled the software from the CD that came with the printer. I've been able to successfully setup the wireless access and the computer sees the printer and vice versa. But, when I attempt to print I get a message that the printer has an error. I keep getting a message that the cyan cartridge needs to be replaced. I have replaced it with a new one of the same model C 273, but I still get the message that the cartridge needs replacing. Is this why the printer will not work? I will be buying new cartridges and will try replacing they cyan again, but the cartridges are not that cheap.

good for a inexpensive printer

had it for close to 2 years, work find except I have to reboot my computer every time I need to use it, a small problem but I can live with it.(only happens if I don't use it much) But seem to always have a problem with my computer finding the scanner, have to work on it for while then it works but it's a big pain.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased the Epson XP-820 Printer on 9/15/2015. I have been pleased with the quality of printing I have received since I purchased the Epson.
