Uses too much ink

Not only is this ink expensive but the printer wouldnt allow black only printing, even though it was set up to allow it, because I was low on Magenta.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Constant connection issues

I have had constant connection issues since the day I bought this. I have installed drivers, been successful printing, and have to troubleshoot every time I go more than two weeks with out printing. I have never had so many issues printing from any printer as I have had with this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Set up is easy.
Color is unexpectedly rich for this small all-in-one machine.
Some photos cannot be printed 100% leaving out part of the periphery out of the printing area, still working on this problem.

I nearly went crazy

You folks made it tough to register my printer. I completed the process once a year ago when I bought the thing. Somehow it worked even tho I was not registered with you. I've added some hardware, and have done it again. But it has taken two days of my time to get it done. This is not a way to generate a good business relationship.

This model is a great choice for me because it is small enough to fit into a small space I have but has all the features I need and prints great pictures. Got it for a great price too.
