Very Nice product

I purchased this product when my previous one wore out. This is a very easy to use product. The quality is very high. I love the ease of the WIFI. I would highly recommend this for home use at least.

Fast Printer

Love how easy it was to set it up on my wireless system and start printing. It prints very quickly and quietly. And when I print photos on photo paper, they're beautiful.

Black Ink Cartridge

Great printer for both documents and photos. I have just one concern: How do you prevent the photo black cartridge, rather than the regular black cartridge, sometimes being used to do black and white documents?

This is the second one. I had to return the other because it quit printing. However, it prints good quality documents .

After all the researching, I am truly pleased with the printer. We have used scanner to save and print photos with no problems. Surprised at how much we liked the print option (WiFi) from our cell phones.

A very useful office machine

The Epson XP-820 all-in-one printer combines fax, scan and copier with printer in a compact, easy-to-use package. The set-up instructions could have been better written, however, and the machine consumes ink hungrily. Even so, it's a fine home office machine at a good price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been happy with my Epson 820, but the last time I replaced the Epson black ink it said, 'you have not installed offical Epson ink', we are not responsible for any trouble you may have due to installing off brand ink. I have always installed Epson ink.
