Great product ( quality, size, speed, etc) - Some confusion to select photo print vs paper print function. Paper tray filling could be larger capacity and easier to place paper in correct location. Sliding tab locator for EOP confusing.

Great Printer

Printer was very easy to set up and pair to our WIFI.Colors very good and clear text.
Paper tray could be bigger and easier to access.
Message for competitive ink warning gets old after the 1st few times. Have had no problems with LD ink.
Overall we like it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Epson XP-820 Fast, small and very good Quality

I have used my XP-820 for about a year. It is very fast and the Quality of printing on both documents and photos is very good. My reason for three stars is because of the Auto Document Feeder. I have tried for a year to get it to work with no success. I have tried to use it to scan and to copy but I get a command on the display that tells me to scan from the horizontal glass. That can be a real pain if you have several two sided pages to scan. I can not figure out why they built the mechanism into the machine. Also the scanner is not properly aligned with the printer. If you put the page to the top and front which is normal the printer does not place the image in the same place on the print out. It seems to be off by about 3/16 of an inch. The ability to tweak settings from the computer is much more limited than my last printer of a different brand. It does have a very small foot print.

Nice size, affordable, quite good print quality.
I like the pulsating blue light showing its operational. Just alittle bright at night near my bed.
Ink a little expensive, perhaps the newer models are more effient.

Love My Epson Printer

This is my first non-HP product. After having it, and using it for over a year I came to realize that this is a great pall-in-one printer. The scanning, faxing, copying, and printing functions works perfectly. The pictures, when printed, comes out looking like I ordered it from Shuttterfly.

Wish just one current printer would allow paper feed from the top without going thru hoops. Hate figuring out how to print greeting cards by putting paper face down, upside down or is is face up, upside down or face up and straight up.??!!
