Excellent value!

I have a need for a full function printer with fax and the Epson XP-820 is excellent. You get more "bang for your buck" with this printer than any in the price range. Print is clear and the extras like WIFI are great. Can be used with USB cable or wireless!

So Far - So Good

I have just setup and installed my new Epson XP-820, so I have no experience to report on, but the installation was a snap, test pages very good and photo copies are excellent. Looking forward to a long and happy association with my new printer.

Srarted with xp310 then xp620 this is the best of choice,has all the bells and whistle that I need. Have not used yet still playing with it.

The out of the box set up was flawless and setting up the printer and computer connection with my mac was also flawless and easy.

Very bad life time.

I have had an XP-800, an XP-810, and now an XP-820. The first two failed because the maintenance tank was full and there is no way to cope except to throw the printer away. So why do I keep buying the XP series? Because they fit in my computer cabinet, and they do work for about a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
