Have just setup and started to use this printer and it seems to be an excellent and simple printer to use. I like it.

Epson XP-820 Printer

Had I seen this printer in a store I would not have purchased it! Just unpacked XP-820 today and had to call Epson (Philippines) to find out where to load the letter size paper. After over 2 hours of set up my MacBook Pro still will not talk to this printer.
I may pay to have my old Epson RX-595 (which I loved) repaired! I have been a very happy Epson customer for 10 years until today!
What did Epson do to the perfect paper loading design?
I HATE THIS "NEW AND IMPROVED" VERSION!!!! Hope it eventually prints!!

Worked good for a while

This printer worked very well for a few months. The problem started when I began printing shipping labels. After a dozen or so it began with the paper jams. Then all printing on regular paper jammed. Now I can only feed paper from the rear one sheet at a time. I can still print 4 x 6 photos from the photo tray, again one sheet at a time and it prints beautiful pictures. I've inspected and cleaned the rollers. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Waste of money

Ive had this printer for a few months. It worked fine when I just got it. now it takes forever to do anything. Just to get it to print a CD just took me 15 minutes of waiting and lots of frustration. Time is money and this printer waste a lot of valuable time.
The image quality is great tho.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
