The unit is surprising small but has very good to excellent features and automation.
Print quality appears to be superior to My Artisan 810A which has also served me well but the ADF broke soon after the warranty ran out. Too expensive to fix or replace.
The XP-820 has more features than the Artisan 810 and is an easy to operate.
Paper feed is also better.
The unit is a lot quieter than other units I have viewed.
So far so good and I hope I can say this in a year or two.

This printer exceeds what I expected. I have had no problems whatsoever. It's fast, not noisy, and does the job I expected it to do. I use this printer almost daily. A very good printer! I recommend it!

Nice features. Set up was easy. Followed Quick Set-up steps. Connection with USB to laptop went smooth. Took about 20 minutes. Printed test copy and it came out perfect. So far so good.
