I just bought my third Epson Printer. I've only had it a few hours but so far it is fantastic. I am expecting to get a lot of service out of this one like I did out of the last 2. From all my experience with Epson products I have found them very reliable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good but needs color contrast on printer itself

This printer is fast and clean printing. My older Epson printer was gray and silver on the outside and easy to locate different parts of the printer. This XP-820 is all high gloss black plastic and very hard to see different pieces/ parts of the printer due to color and gloss. You need very bright light. It was hard to find the actual paper tray, all the other things (most that i wont use) were easy to locate.

XP-820 Good ...... But

Compact size with many neat features.
Had difficulty installing drivers on my Mac Computer.
Still haven't connected to my Home WiFi. The Printer "symbols" do not contain the Symbol: "$". Since this symbol is part of my home WiFi password .... I can't sign on. I could change the password .... but that would affect all my other devices which use the WiFi to include my granddaughter's i-Phones. Just too much trouble. One last problem: Speed printing is much slower that the Epson 835 I've had for years. Bottom line: Wish I could have found an 835.

Fabulous photographic quality.
easy wifi set up.
angry that I have to just use you're paper.
Not happy buying only 4x6.

Can't select plain paper printing and won't print from top copy ADF... this is a piece of junk... worse printer I ever bought.

Printer has many features and quite easy to install and printer is fast.
Colors are exceptional.
