Awful machine

This is a very poorly designed machine. The paper tray is awkwardly placed and accessed. The pop-out information screen is constantly in the way. The grind out paper catcher is equally in the way. It sends item in jpeg format that need to be converted to pdfs. The machine shuts off if one of five or so ink cartridges needs to be replaced. On the other hand, it does very nice photos.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not sufficient directions. Couldn't find the place to insert the paper. Couldn't get it to print even the test page. I need a manual with specifics
please tell me where I can get a manual.

Setup really easy recognized my Wi-Fi right away setup easy,
Print is fast & clean really satisfied with it immediately.

Lots of features (haven't used them all but the machine is very high quality.
Longevity ???? Have to wait to see but pretty sure it'll last a while. Will have to see>>>
Buy it!!!!!

Epson 820 Printer

We had a problem getting the printer to work wirelessly with my MAC computer. The technician could not make it work. I finally got the printer portion to work wirelessly but the scanner still will not.
My last printer and scanner worked seamlessly with my MAC.

this printer works good when working..but beware if the power goes off the system software crashes and you lose wi-fi capabilities... no more printing wirelessly!!! that is the biggest issue I have...

Epson XP820 is one of the best printers I have ever had. Beautiful pictures on glossy paper.Easy to operate. Only drawback is amount of ink it uses. Also wondering about paper. Doesn't print as well on matte paper as it does on glossy paper.But wonderful printer.

Great little printer

Bought the printer for my home network, it was very easy to set-up, had it done in about 2 hours, that might sound like a long time but at 67 I'm not the most knowledgeable about computers and the other related hardware.
I would recommend this to a friend!
