Compact, Quiet, and Great Printing

I have had this Epson XP-820 for a week now and have tried most of the features. I have not tried the online Epson Connect portion. The Wi-Fi set-up is easy and so was printing from my iPhone. Printer is a lot quieter and faster than my previous all in one printer. The touch screen has greater contrast than the HP printers which helps people with visual impairments see what is on the screen easier. One downside is the cost of ink.

Great product!

I have always used Epson printers for their picture printing quality. This printer is no exception! I love it so far!! Size & weight is nice after having a bigger, heavier printer. I am very happy with this product and would recomment it to everyone!

This is my 3rd Epson printer and the xp-820 is the best so far in 10 years. I print DVD's a lot and I am very pleased

I only have a comment on the set up process. I read many reviews saying that set up was difficult. That was not my experience. Set up was quick and easy.

Great quality but...

What a great printer! My only negative comment is that the printed instructions that come with the printer are totally inadequate and the on-disk materials are poorly designed! Paper feed and using the various trays is poorly documented.
I own a Epson 3880 printer and Epson scanner. The 820 was bought for my vacation home.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Printer

Purchased this printer because the sales rep told me that I could print directly from my iPhone and iPad. It prints great pictures too. The ink is a bit expensive, you have to buy a separate black even though the color cartridges comes with black.
I would recommend this to a friend!
