It prints very clear but is very flimsy made and the paper tray is so small that it is almost worthless.

Printing and features are great for the cost of this printer. However, it is noisy and takes a while to warm up the first time it is used each day. Paper trays are a little cumbersome to load but I love the many options available.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is by far the worst printer I have ever had or used. The ink doesn't last at all. Just got the printer for light home use. Haven't printed more than 50 pages and it's out of ink. Ordered ink online and new cartridges do not work. Ink leaks all over the place. And it can't stay linked to my WiFi network. IT IS AWFUL!!!!!!!!

Out of the box the XP-820 set up quickly and without incident. All start-up functions performed perfectly and since have been working problem free. The only negative is the ink usage especially during photo printing. You must have several replacement cartridges on hand and they are not inexpensive...!! Other than that, I love it..........!!!
