The printer is good but seems to be a bit lengthy for a small basic unit. Also large shelf was hard to find. The tape was on the inside of the body and I had to pull pretty hard to get the printer plate out. I was afraid I would break it because you couldn't visually see it I just got frustrated and pulled hard.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had no trouble setting this printer up. It took me about 20 min. Works great. The quality of the printed image is very sharp. Have not scanned yet.

I am just setting up the XP-820 and could not be more delighted at the process. It is intelligent and well structured. I found this the easiest printer setup ever. I wish the keys allowed you to choose between upper and lower case and not have to cycle through all the characters like an old phone. Otherwise, superb.

Excellent printer for the price. Printer ink is however more xpensive than other printers.

Love the printer EXCEPT the "symb" entry method for entering the wifi password doesn't have a "dollar sign" symbol. Too bad my password has $$ in it, and I have so many devices on it, it's not very easy to change it (not that I should have to). I guess a USB cable will have to do for now, too bad I can't let my laptops print to it over USB (as far as I know). JD in Colorado

Great photos, the wireless connection works well with this unit, and the price is right.
